If you weren't added back or cut during f-list cuts, it's nothing personal, I guess we just drifted apart or just didn't speak to one another. Maybe we can be friends (again) in the future. Seeing as my friends list is getting longer, I'm going to be slightly more picky about who I friend nowadays. Alot of fandom stuff will be keep as public posts and only personal posts will be friends locked.

#143 Maou (Remake of "The Devil") with Ohno & Toma
Another Japanese remake of a Korean drama:
Arashi leader Satoshi Ohno has finally been given a regular role in a drama series. He will co-star with rising actor Toma Ikuta in the TBS series “Maou,” premiering this July.
“Maou” is a remake of the 2007 Korean suspense drama “The Devil” (”Mawang”). In this version, Ohno plays a lawyer seeking revenge against the killer of his relatives. For the role, he has cut his hair and dyed it black. Meanwhile, Ikuta has been cast as a detective investigating a mysterious series of murders.
This reminds me I actually need to finish off watching "The Devil" ~ I got up to episode 10 or so when CB died on me for two weeks and I forgot to catch up *heading off to jdramas now* But Ohno as main lead? Surprising stuff and very interested in how he'll do ~ and there's Toma too! He's sure making alot of dramas (not that I'm complaining) but is he actually going to debut musically any time soon? We all know JE members are entertainers all around.
Yeh I know this was posted at Tokyograph a few days ago. But I'm late.

#142 Happy Birthday to Lee Hyori
Because this girl deserves so much more love than everyone is crediting her for. It's her 29th birthday this year (or Korean ages go something like 30th) and we should be expecting an album/mini-album of some sort this year. From the few videos and interviews she actually seems like a really sweet person, not the bitch the media has protrayed her to be.
Lee Hyori, originally from Fin.K.L fame has gone on to becoming a leading solo artist and gained recognition through acting (I think she should stick to music), endorsements (first Calvin Klein Asian-wide model and original Samsung spokesperson), music (debut album won her daesangs, second caused the plagiarism controversy) and her dance/sexy image which has eventually lead to her becoming the highest female paid singer in South Korea.

#133 Last Friends, Episode 01
So I decided I needed to catch up on some Asian dramas ~ I heard Fated To Love You is suppossed to be good so I'm downloading that now. And also Wayward Kenting and I still haven't started on Wish To See You Again. It's been on my harddrive for weeks on end. But because I'm totally biased I went and downloaded Last Friends - it's been the drama I've been anticipating since the cast was announced.

#131 Review/Picspam; The Other Boleyn Girl (2008)
I was cleaning out my screencaps folder and came across these caps ~ the film itself was so-so but I really liked the costumes in general. I just wanted to do something with the caps before I put them in the bin. So here's my little review of the film. My memory slightly fails me on remembering the quotes to the screencaps though. Warning: Image heavy-ish. And I need to work on my coloring... it feels like forever since I opened Photoshop.

Film Info: The Other Boleyn Girl is the 2008 film adaptation of the novel of the same title by British author Philippa Gregory and a remake of a BBC television film of the same name also based on Philippa Gregory's novel. It is a romanticised account of the life of the 16th-century aristocrat, Mary Boleyn, who was the sister of Anne Boleyn and one-time mistress of King Henry VIII of England. The film was directed by Justin Chadwick from a script by Peter Morgan (who also wrote a two-part television drama on Henry VIII in 2003).

#128 Screencaps: Sex and the City Movie & Penelope Trailer
Just cleaning out alot of high definition trailers and screencaps from my hard drive. There's no need to credit, but appreciated and remember to click on the thumbnails for sample sizes and quality.
Film Info: Sex and the City is coming to the big screen in a feature film adaptation of the hit HBO television series. The film will follow the continuing adventures of the series four main characters - Carrie, Samantha, Charlotte and Miranda - as they live their lives in Manhattan four years after the series ended. Stars Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattrall, Kristin Davis, and Cynthia Nixon are all on board to reprise their roles, while the film will be written and directed by Michael Patrick King, who executive produced the original television series. Additionally, Chris Noth, David Eigenberg, Evan Handler and Jason Lewis will return as the women’s love interests. Academy Award-winning actress Jennifer Hudson (Dreamgirls) has also joined the cast of the film and will play Carrie Bradshaw’s assistant, a new character to be introduced in the film. Sex and the City is scheduled for a May 30th release.
